Year 5 Transition day at Royal Manor

What a fantastic day we had at Royal Manor Campus today for the Year 5 transition day.

A very big thank you to the many members of staff who welcomed us into their teaching spaces and gave us taster sessions in some of the specialist areas we will be able to use during the next academic year.

We had a great day learning about Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Art, Drama, Archery and even some Maths and English. Phew!

Another thank you goes to all the brilliant IPACA students who made every one of us feel at home on our new campus.

Engineering Problem Solving. The towers produced were brilliant who knew you could make such tall towers with only marshmallows, spaghetti and masking tape!

Enjoying a Drama session in the Drama Studio

Computer Science in the Year 6 Base

Group art work. The finished piece will be on display in our Year 6 Base in September. We look forward to showing it off.

  1. It was great to see so many smiling faces today, with new students being helped and supported by older students. I saw a year 10 girl holding hands with a year 6 girl to show her to her classroom. It never ceases to amaze me how caring our students can be. The sense of family on which IPACA is founded really shone through today. Well done everyone.
